Maize as an adjunct was in corporated into the malted and milled sorghum during mashing, The wort was then boiled with hop to sterilized concentrate as to extract solvable material for the hop. Fermentation was also carried out using locally made fermenter. Saccharomyces cerevicae as the chosen yeast was inoculated into the wort and allowed to ferment for 7-12 days at 20oC respectively for primary and secondary fermentation. These contaminants of bacteria origin present a major cause of food borne diseases giving rise to acute to chronic illness. From the frequency occurrence the predominant organisms are Staphylococcus sp,(33.33%) and Escherichia sp. (33.33%). While Klebsiella spand Bacillus sp has lowe occurrence of 13% and 20% respectively.  The presence of these microorganisms in processed ready to eat meat pie depicts a deplorable state of poor hygiene and sa…

In Nnamdi Azikiwe University, which records large number of students turn out and yet admit more on yearly basis, processing of students’ academic record represents very significant challenge as it tends to require a great deal of human involvement thereby increasing the cost and delay associated with it. Students’ academic record refers to the vital information relating to a student admission, and academic performance at the host university. Students’ record can be described in terms of…

A CRITIQUE OF THE PROOF BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT STANDARD IN PROVING CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS IN ELECTION PETITIONS IN NIGERIA
  1. ABSTRACT
